The apartment had an appealing sound isolation. No noise from the main road despite our room's location. The kitchenette was well-equipped, great for easy meal prep. I appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea in the lobby at all hours. It made mornings much easier. The location was superb, just a few blocks from the central train station. The lack of basic kitchen items like a dish drying rack was a downside. The pillows were also inconsistent. One was flat and uncomfortable while the other was fluffy. While cleanliness was great, I wish there had been a few more items on the breakfast menu.

My stay was enjoyable, with a well-equipped kitchen making meal prep easy and the cozy room offering great sound isolation, though the pillows were a bit comfy for my taste.

I don’t like to many things: - the hotel tooooo noisy - there was not clear massage about the cleaning services they don’t change the towels and they put only 2 towels foe 8 night for 2 adults and no body clean the room and take the garbage for 8 night after 5 days I discover it was self-services and no house keeping for less than 9 night and if I want change the towels I should pay 6 Euro - I will never stay there again - they allow pets in the hotel

Location next to the train station and the buses, all other nearby cities by train and the main Marienplatz. Apartment with the bathroom as well as sofa bed & TV. Fine check in and in general superb service.

The staff was polite, and the laundry facilities were handy. Wi-Fi was good too.

I stayed here recently and was immediately impressed by the friendly nature of the staff. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk to town, made exploring so easy! With a well-equipped kitchenette, I could prepare meals after a long day of sightseeing.

Too many out of control muslim children running around. No respect for anything or anyone....I will never go back to this hotel

the hotel is quiet and its very excellent location, near from the Marine Platz and the shopping centers, train station But the reception staff do not deal well with guests

Location stands out with great access to public transportation. The kitchenette is well-equipped, perfect for prepping meals after a long day.

The doors of the apartment and bathroom didn't close properly. The air conditioning rattled at night, and flickering light bulbs added to the distraction. The potential 750 euro fine for triggering the fire alarm makes you think twice about using simple appliances like a kettle, and you have to ensure the bathroom door stays closed while showering to avoid steam setting off the alarm. Not all washing machines were functional, disappointing compared to other locations.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel (2 rooms) with my wife and 4 children. The furniture was good but the rooms were small (Sofa bed).Cleaning is based on request and with extra charges. Laundry room and parking is available at the basement. Shoping streets and restrurants are withing a walking destant. Also the main train station is 5 minutes walking. BReakfast buffea is ok.

The rooms are small. Fire alarm is almost rining every day, need to be fixed. No daily room cleaning.

bad staff dealing with people and no any help from them and the rooms is not as shown in the web site some thind difference so I advice every one to not believe the room pictures it was very small and not the same area
